Currently, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States and Canada. If your delivery address is located outside these two countries, we regret that we are unable to fulfill shipments to your region at this time.

Once your payment has been confirmed, we usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days. It is important to note that we do not handle processing, shipping, or delivery on weekends or public holidays (such as U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Canadian Thanksgiving)—these days will not be counted toward the processing period.
For orders shipping to Canada: An additional 1 to 2 business days of processing time may be required. This extra time is used to verify your shipping details, prepare essential customs documentation (including commercial invoices), and ensure the order complies with all Canadian import requirements.

Delivery timelines begin calculating from the date your order is shipped, not from the moment you place the order:

To Canada: We collaborate with USPS International to ensure consistent delivery service. The exact carrier may vary slightly based on your destination address, package weight, and the delivery speed you select during checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number. For U.S. orders, this tracking number will provide real-time updates throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be accessible until the package reaches Canada’s customs office. Beyond that, you can check the package status via the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking platform.

Canadian Orders: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear initially. Once the package departs the United States, updates may become less frequent. If your package is significantly overdue, or if the tracking status indicates “delivered” but you have not received it, please follow the guidelines below based on your shipping destination:
For U.S. Orders
First, check with family members, neighbors, or your building management (such as the front desk or mailroom). Packages are sometimes left with a trusted contact or at a secure drop-off location.
Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to obtain detailed delivery information (e.g., the specific location where the package was left).
For Canadian Orders
Start by allowing an additional 5 to 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. International transportation and customs clearance often result in unexpected delays, so this extra time helps account for such situations.
Use your tracking number to check with Canada’s local postal service or customs authorities. Packages may be held if duties or taxes remain unpaid, or if additional documentation is required.
Verify with household members, neighbors, or local delivery centers (such as nearby post offices) to see if the package was missed or left at one of these locations.
If You Still Cannot Locate Your Package
U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the date listed as “delivered” in the tracking system.
Canadian Orders: Reach out to us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. This extended window accommodates the longer international transit and customs processing timelines.
